1st- Sorry I haven't had a chance to reply to any of you. I decided to apply to graduate school, and life basically ate me alive from that point out.

I see that you are also in love with Akabane. can you answer a question for me? what is the design on his left arm? i have seen two or three different designs. do you know the correct one? any info would be wonderful. thanx.

Super late answer because I wasn't online all summer, but in case you were wondering: I think it's shown as multiple designs because they keep drawing it differently (at least in the anime, I never finished the manga). It's some kind of blue flame thing.

If you buy the DVDs and pull a screencap from the first arc he appears in, that's as close as one can get to 'an answer.' I used that as a ref when painting the figure.
